Perhaps one of the toughest things in life is 'getting started'; pretty much on any project. So, maybe, i'll just jump right in. I heard on NPR, 11/21/02, between 5 and 6 pm edt, that the Bush Administration had won a ruling by a panel of judges, allowing the gov't. to refuse free VA hospitalization to WW11 and Korean War vets. I think that is disgraceful. This current president asks a lot of our nation's young, in his current war of the world. Will he do the same to them?
Meanwhile, on a related issue; Bush asks Americans to make a lot of sacrifices of liberties, from due process to privacy, yet he asks his lapdog Congress to give special favors to his big business cronies in everything from pharmaceuticals to oil to war machinery, (which, btw, his family personally benefits from each of those industries profits).
That always seemed to me to be a 'conflict of interest', at the very least. And, if you look at it from the extreme of Bush profits go up as American body-bag counts increase, i guess it could be viewed as treason.

Anyway, just a few thoughts to get things started.
